Our menu has been created by Head Chef Dane Walker, and centres around Modern Australian cuisine, with a Mediterranean influence. Our sumptious dishes are designed to share, but feel free to order one for yourself if you’re dining alone or sharing isn’t your thing.

On the weekends we offer breakfast from 8am to 11am, tuck into a hearty trucker breakfast or try our house bircher muesli.

For lunch and dinner the menu expands to offer a range of dishes from marinated and chargrilled squid through to eye fillet steak and market fish. Also on offer are a range of salads, side dishes and a menu for the kids.

Stop by in the evening for a snack and a drink from our bar menu menu; grab a JT Cheeseburger or some cheesy polenta wedges or marinated olives.


We have a signature cocktail list on offer featuring The Joker and Thief’s very own ‘Kokomo’, ‘Clint’s Revolver’, ‘The Peruvian Swindler’ and ‘Purple Haze’. We also offer a range of red and white wines; locally sourced along with international varietals to enjoy with your meal. There’s a range of craft and tap beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages available.
