Our menu has been created by Head Chef Dane Walker and centres around Modern Australian cuisine with a Mediterranean influence.

Our dishes are designed to share, however they can confidently stand alone if you are dining solo or sharing isn’t your thing.



Brunch is served from 10am – 12pm every Saturday + Sunday.

With $10 – $15 Brunch Cocktails including Espresso Martinis, Mimosas, Bellinis and Bloody Marys – how could you not?!

Our brunch menu is a balanced blend of classics. 

Bacon + Egg Roll, Eggs Benedict, Zucchini Sweet Corn Fritters, Eggs + Avocado w citrus labne, dill, lemon, house dukkah and sauerkraut (a local favourite). For sweet tooths, our Vanilla Pancakes with berries and creme fraiche or a Salted Caramel Milkshake will hit the spot.



Our lunch and dinner menu expands to offer a range of dishes from marinated and chargrilled squid through to eye fillet steak and market fish. Also on offer are a range of salads, side dishes and a menu for the kids.

Stop by in the evening for a snack and a drink from our bar menu menu; grab a JT Cheeseburger or some cheesy polenta wedges or marinated olives.



We have a signature cocktail list on offer featuring The Joker and Thief’s very own ‘Kokomo’, ‘Clint’s Revolver’, ‘The Peruvian Swindler’ and ‘Purple Haze’. We also offer a range of red and white wines; locally sourced along with international varietals to enjoy with your meal. We have a range of craft and tap beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages available.
